    WOD: (Sub sit-ups for Ks-2-Es, cos it was too dark in the park …)
    18rds+9 SUs+3 FSs@8kg (cos I don’t have a heavier, manageable one ;) )

    WOD: 10 rounds plus 1 set of knees to elbows (2 x 8kg KB for FS).
