REGISTER FOR THE OPENS!!!
Fun or competitive get on it. We will be programming the Opens WODs each week so everyone in the gym will be involved. How it works is…
Everyone enters as an individual, joins CrossFit Base as their affiliate and Joins the CrossFit Base team (you need to do this yourself, i can’t do it).
Then each week between March 6th and April 7th you will complete one WOD (total of 5) the top 3 male and top 3 female scores from our team go towards our teams final total, if our team makes the cut we get to send a team to Regionals!!!
Each of you have different strengths so we need as many of you as possible to enter to give us the best chance of qualifying a team that you just might be part of!
If you are aiming for an individual spot then you still enter in the team as your scores will count towards the teams.
Top 48 male and females from Aus/NZ go through to Regionals, unsure on qualifying teams.
The team will be made up of our top finishers in Opens, if individuals make top 48 and also were in our teams top 3 it will be the individuals choice to enter individually or team.
We will take the next 3.

Hey basers, just wanted to wish you all the best of luck for the up and coming opens season ahead of us.
Due to rulings and current situation both myself and Danni will be completing the wods at crossfit queanbeyan. Having said that we still support local talent and wish you guys as much success as last year.
Train hard play harder, and look forward to seeing some great results all around.

Thank you for your kind words, it will be awesome to be involved in no matter where your at. Really looking forward to it and the atmosphere it creates around the gyms.
