CrossFit Mini, Izzy getting a WOD done over the holidays! CF Kids and Minis will start up again in week two of the term with a potentail of change of days due to coaches availablity we are looking to run both sessions on Fridays 3.30/4pm (This will be confirmed by the 6th Feb.)


Change of plans – raining this morning so swapped Wednesdays WOD
Skill work:
Muscle ups (strict transitions + kip transitions)
KB Clean and jerk
WOD
A) 10 x 2 Deadlift *touch and go – every 40sec

B) AMRAP in 8mins
10 x GHD Sit ups or 35 Abmat
10 x Burpee box jumps 24/20″

    Oh man!! That one looks way more fun! We did MOST of tomorrow’s this morning, but ran out of time before work…
